Carna for Schools and Carna for Business run today

A learner reading in Carna: the book she is part-way through, open where she left it. Carna School London is a sample school; the book, the page and the progress are demo data.

— MISSION & VISION

## From beginner to fluent.

We believe serious English shouldn't depend on where you live or what you can pay. Our mission is to give every learner a tutor that meets them at their level, and every teacher the time to teach.

The best way to learn anything is one-on-one with an expert who adapts to you. It is how the world's best athletes, musicians, and chess players train, and Bloom's 1984 research found it lifts outcomes by two standard deviations. That kind of teaching has always been out of reach for almost everyone. Carna is built to change that.

- **skills scored, 0–100 each**: 8
- **the CEFR range, six levels**: A1–C2
- **question types to build a test**: 9

— ARCHITECTURE

## One AI engine, four products.

The same Carna AI engine powers every surface. Different audiences, different tooling, one consistent way of teaching English.

- FOR INSTITUTIONS

  ### Carna for Schools

Works with the books you already teach from: tests and marks the AI drafts and a teacher approves, and a report for every class.

  [See Carna for Schools](https://carna.ai/en/schools/)

Setting up a test in Carna: the teacher previews, edits and approves every question. The school and its data are samples.

- FOR TEAMS

  ### Carna for Business

English training you can measure: assign work with a deadline, then read every course's results for the group, ranked by average score.

  [See Carna for Business](https://carna.ai/en/business/)

Carna's trainer and learner app, shown with a sample school's demo data.

A personal AI English tutor, in early access: it adapts as you learn, on the full A1 to C2 path, with voiced listening dialogues and IELTS band scoring being built. The early-access list is how you get in first.

— THE METHOD

## One loop, in every product.

Curated by linguists, delivered by AI: the same three steps run in every Carna product, for every learner. Here they are as they run in a class.

1. ### Learn

A learner works through what their teacher assigned, at the CEFR level it was written for.

2. ### Practice

They practise and submit, and the engine marks everything with an answer key the moment they hand it in.

3. ### Review

A teacher reviews the rest, changes any grade they disagree with, and decides what to assign next.

Then the loop starts again, with what the teacher assigns next.

— FAQ

## Questions about Carna.

What people ask when they first meet the company behind the products.

### Who is behind Carna?

Carna is built by Carna Labs Limited (UK, Companies House #17207956) and Carna Eğitim ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Turkey). One team, one AI engine, four products.

### What makes Carna different?

Curriculum authored by linguists, delivered by proprietary AI that personalizes every step. Not pure AI, not pure human: both, across all eight skills from A1 to C2.

### Who uses Carna?

Schools and companies run on Carna today: teachers, trainers and their learners, in the UK, Turkey and beyond. Individual learners join Carna AI Tutor through early access. Speaking and writing are marked with a CEFR level, and a teacher decides every mark before a learner sees it.
