### Can reps practise our own sales calls?

Practice comes from Carna's published library of speaking scenarios, independent speaking and essay writing, and it is in Beta. Trainers assign from that library rather than writing their own scenarios. Bring the calls your reps have to the demo and we will show you what the library covers today.

### How do we see whether the team is improving?

The group report shows every course by its average score, how the scores spread, the team average and what has been handed in. One rep's record shows their average against the team, attempts, late work, and each assessed speaking and writing task with its CEFR level and IELTS band. Carna does not report your close rate; that stays in your CRM.

### Do we need our own trainer?

Someone on your side assigns the work and reviews the assessed tasks: a trainer, an enablement lead or a team manager. Ask us on the demo how teams without a dedicated trainer run it.
