Three things that stop people at this goal, each beside the practice planned to remove it. Each row says whether it runs today or waits for the tutor's early access. 1. Most people rehearse answers in their head — not out loud in English, not under time pressure, not with feedback. ### Roleplay interview scenarios The tutor will work through the questions that come up in most interviews — tell me about yourself, competency questions, case-style questions — as scenarios you can run again before the real thing. Vocabulary gaps only show up mid-sentence, when the interviewer is already watching. ### Vocabulary and phrasing feedback After each answer, the tutor will point to vocabulary gaps and unclear phrasing and suggest stronger alternatives — the feedback a coach gives but solo practice can't. Without realistic practice, the first high-stakes interview is also the first real attempt. ### Timed responses Answers will run against the clock, so you build the reflex to answer with confidence instead of a script that falls apart under pressure. The questions first: tell me about yourself, competency questions and case-style questions come up in most sectors, and those are what the tutor will rehearse. Carna for Business already holds a job-interview scenario in its practice library, which is in beta; sector-specific scenario sets are not something we promise yet. ### How is AI feedback different from practising with a friend? A friend gives social feedback. The tutor will give linguistic feedback: the grammar and word choices most people don't notice in casual conversation. ### Will it help with video interviews or only audio?
