Practise, and read the report
The trainer's home screen lists who has fallen behind and why, and the group report ranks every course by its average. The trainer follows up with whoever is behind.

You have the group report, a report per learner and your baseline. If it is worth telling, we would like to publish it with you — with your review of every line.
