Can Carna screen candidates?
Hiring assessment is a separate product from the same company: Carna Test, at carnatest.com. It assesses speaking, listening, reading and writing and issues a CEFR level from A1 to C2; candidates take it at home and your organisation receives the scores. Carna for Business, the platform on this page, is where your people then train.
Can we benchmark the whole workforce?
Reports are per group and per person. Each group has a report with every course by its score, the group average and what has been handed in, and each person has a record where every assessed speaking and writing task shows its CEFR level. Carna does not roll groups up into one company-wide figure.
Is employee data protected?

Can we take reports into a board pack?
