Busuu relies on its community of learners to correct your exercises, so feedback comes when a peer answers. Carna marks 9 of its 11 question types against the answer key when you submit. An essay is scored by AI on four criteria, with the mistakes to fix: in the Carna app, which is in early access, that review is yours, and in Carna for Schools a teacher decides the grade it suggests.
Does Carna cover absolute beginners?
Carna's material starts at A1, the first CEFR level, and runs to C2 in eight stages, so a complete beginner has a place to start and a path all the way up.
Is Busuu free?
