What the tutor will practise
What runs today Carna for Schools and Carna for Business, on the same engine. The individual tutor is in early access.
— THE PROBLEM, THE PRACTICE
Three things that stop people at this goal, each beside the practice planned to remove it. Each row says whether it runs today or waits for the tutor's early access.
Most people rehearse answers in their head — not out loud in English, not under time pressure, not with feedback.
The tutor will work through the questions that come up in most interviews — tell me about yourself, competency questions, case-style questions — as scenarios you can run again before the real thing.
Interview questions Early access
Vocabulary gaps only show up mid-sentence, when the interviewer is already watching.
After each answer, the tutor will point to vocabulary gaps and unclear phrasing and suggest stronger alternatives — the feedback a coach gives but solo practice can't.
Word choice and phrasing Early access
Without realistic practice, the first high-stakes interview is also the first real attempt.
Answers will run against the clock, so you build the reflex to answer with confidence instead of a script that falls apart under pressure.

— WHAT YOU GET
Whatever the goal, the engine underneath is the one schools and teams run today: eight skills, each with its own score, on the CEFR scale from A1 to C2.
Running in teams today
Carna for Business runs on the same engine today. Its practice library — in beta — already holds a job-interview scenario a trainer can assign to a group, alongside the everyday ones. Teams can book a demo now.

FAQ
Straight answers, including what the individual tutor can and cannot do yet.
The questions first: tell me about yourself, competency questions and case-style questions come up in most sectors, and those are what the tutor will rehearse. Carna for Business already holds a job-interview scenario in its practice library, which is in beta; sector-specific scenario sets are not something we promise yet.
A friend gives social feedback. The tutor will give linguistic feedback: the grammar and word choices most people don't notice in casual conversation.
The tutor's speaking practice will be voice-based, and it works on what a video interview tests too — whether the answer does what was asked, how it is organised, and the range and accuracy of the language.
EARLY ACCESS
Carna's personal tutor will cover all eight skills from A1 to C2, and it is not open to individual learners yet. The early-access list is how you get in first: one quiet email when it opens, no drip campaign.
